Rebuilt 18 spline short (12 1/2") tailshaft transmission for 1967-76 A-body cars requiring the extra strength offered by the "Hemi" gearset. All Brewer's Performance rebuilt transmissions are completely dis-assembled, cases are baked and bead blasted, machined surfaces stoned to insure proper gasket sealing, solvent washed twice, re-assembled with new main bearings, tailshaft bushing, countershaft thrust washers/rollers/spacers, input rollers, snap rings, gearshift lever o-rings, pinion & tailshaft seals, gaskets, backup light switch & wiring clips, and new synchronizer rings. Countershaft end play is also corrected to within factory tolerance. Transmissions are thoroughly cleaned, then painted and clear coated to a natural "cast iron" appearance. 12 month warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.
