Lakewood bellhousing "block saver" plate, installs behind flywheel on engine block, protects block from damage in case of flywheel or clutch failure. For Lakewood small block bellhousing #15320. Plate only, hardware NOT included. Reference OE numbers 15781 and 96000278.

Good used Lakewood 15320 safety bellhousing, used with 130 tooth flywheel. Fits all 318-340 and 360 blocks, includes bellhousing, block saver plate, adapter ring for 4.354" diameter bearing retainer transmissions, and fork pivot FP680 for B & E body cars (used with CF702 clutch fork) or fork pivot FP848 for A body cars (used with CF106R clutch fork). Clutch fork NOT included.

Bolt package for all older Lakewood bell housings, using 3/8" bolts for the block saver to bell housing attachment. For all small and big block applications, includes (5) bell housing to block bolts/washers, (14) block saver to bell housing bolts/washers/nuts, and (2) starter mounting bolts/washers/nuts. For newer Lakewood bell housings (using 1/2" bolts for the block saver to bell housing) select BP-LAKE-LG.

Bearing retainer adapter ring, adapts 4.354" diameter transmission bearing retainer to fit 4.807" large hole bellhousings.

Starter adapter kit package, for use with Lakewood big block bellhousings (when using the smaller 130 tooth 10.5" flywheel). Special dowel/bracket is used to position starter inward, allowing proper engagement of the starter drive on the smaller diameter flywheel. Can be used on Lakewood safety bellhousings engineered for use with both 130 tooth/10.5" and 143 tooth/11" flywheels (identified by two holes in the starter pocket area where the snout support bolts in).
