Extension housing casting number C-99621 for late 1969/early 1970 B-body 18/23 spline input transmissions (2 pads for transmission mount) with 30 spline output/308 bearing. Use EH621 for 1970 application (front pad machined/tapped) and EH621R for 1969 application (rear pad machined/tapped) Baked and bead blasted.
